May be Wapda tried to gift the transformer to the owner of car :/
Unfortunate guy. Hope he or anybody else was not in the car when the accident occurred.
Wapda should make sure that transformers or any other thing (poles, wires) are fitted properly else these things can harm in worst manner.
The sad incident occurred in Rawalpindi (Pakistan)
